Period: 4 weeks between August and September 2026 

YOUR JOB 

As an intern, you will support investment projects in an industrial environment and gain hands-on experience. You will assist with kiln overhauls, installation of conveyors and filtration systems, contractor coordination, and project documentation. Working closely with experienced managers, you will gain practical insight into real-world industrial projects. 

YOUR TASKS 

• Support the planning, coordination, and execution of investment projects 

• Assist with overhaul, installation, and maintenance activities in lime production (e.g. kiln, conveyors) 

• Coordinate with external contractors and support production and site management in daily operations 

• Monitor project progress and prepare basic reports 

• Conduct technical research related to ongoing investment activities and support compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards 

• Participate in on-site inspections 

YOUR SKILLS 

• Strong interest in industrial processes, production, and project management 

• Structured, analytical mindset with good organizational skills 

• Team player with strong communication skills 

• Fluency in English; Croatian is a plus 

• Currently pursuing technical studies (e.g. Mechanical, Electrical Engineering)
