About the opportunity 

• We are seeking an experienced and data-savvy Senior Data Insights Analyst who will join us on a fixed-term contract (1 year), to serve as a strategic partner, driving product strategy, leading complex experimentation, and supporting our mission to power discovery through data. 

What will you do?

• Advanced Data Analysis and Insight Generation:Translate complex data landscapes into clear, compelling narratives and strategic recommendations for executive and operational partners. Proactively identify underlying business challenges and illuminate opportunities for revenue growth or efficiency gains.
• Cross-Functional BI Leadership: Act as the primary Business Intelligence consultant across Revenue, Client Services, and Technology teams. Lead the end-to-end design and implementation of scalable, intuitive BI solutions (e.g., dynamic dashboards, automated reports) to enable data-centric decision-making.
• Revenue Enablement Partnership: Serve as a critical data partner to Sales and Account Management, leveraging deep client and market insights to build data-powered narratives for high-stakes client engagement and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs).
• Data Governance & Integrity: Architect, manage, and govern foundational data models and visualization tools to track mission-critical Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), establishing a singular, trustworthy source of business truth.
• Operational Excellence & Automation: Champion continuous data lifecycle improvement by assessing data pipelines and reporting mechanisms for bottlenecks. Spearhead automation initiatives to eliminate manual effort and enhance the speed and resilience of the data infrastructure.

What will you bring to the team?

• Expert SQL & Data Modeling: Mastery of high-performance SQL; hands-on experience with dbt, BigQuery, and Looker.
• Financial literacy: Deep fluency in financial data and the ability to apply strong business acumen to technical workflows.
• Scalable Architecture: Proven track record of building robust dashboards and data structures that empower self-service analytics.
• Analytical Diagnosis: Ability to independently investigate client performance and identify root causes of business issues.
• Strategic Framing: Skill in taking ambiguous business questions and turning them into structured, actionable data projects.
• Narrative Building: Expertise in "data storytelling"—distilling complex findings into clear, high-impact insights for executive-level stakeholders
• High Independence: A self-starter who can drive projects from conception to completion with minimal oversight.
• Pace & Priority: Comfortable in high-growth, fast-paced environments; excels at balancing multiple high-priority workstreams.
• Collaborative Influence: Adept at working across technical and non-technical teams to drive a data-informed culture.
